This is a membership model of practice to retain your own personal doctor. We are the only Internal Medicine concierge care practice in St. George (Basically between Salt Lake and Vegas). You can pay either per month ($200 once a month) or pay for the entire year and save money. ($2000 once a year)
If you are exceptionally busy Executive Medicine may be a good fit for you. With this program you have all your healthcare worked up in one day. Labs on arrival in the morning, history review, physical, stress testing and ultrasound screening all done in 4-5 hours. All of this and a one year membership for unlimited office or remote care. Executive Medicine is a $3000 fee once per year.
One time $200 registration fee for every new patient
You will not be charged for office based procedures (scanning, minor surgery, stress testing, etc.), these are covered in your membership
Cancel anytime with a 30 day notice, yearly plans will be prorated
We do not accept insurance but can always provide a superbill for potential reimbursement from your carrier
These fees can be paid through your HSA and are tax deductible (discuss with your accountant)
Before you get turned off by the monthly fee please read my "Free Patient Guide." A lot of times between high deductibles, copays and too much unneeded testing patients can actually pay less per year (and you get better service!)
